Somatic healing for women who struggle to trust their Intuition


I’ve loved listening to Eileens THE WOO CURIOUS podcast and earlier this year I had the opportunity to meet Eileen and dive into a conversation around Intuition.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to speak to the work I do and how such practices of body awareness, movement and creative expression help us reconnect with ourselves, regulate emotions and build self trust.

~ Our intuition can be accessed in many ways, unique to each of us. Intuition can show up as gut feelings, physical sensations and subtle body signals. The invitation here is to more familiar with how your body is speaking to you. 


~ Disconnection from ourselves happens gradually. We might lose touch due to over reliance on logic, societal conditioning, our bodies response to feeling unsafe. Reconnection requires intentional practice and it’s what I’m here to support women with and what all my books and resources support and invite. We don’t always know where to begin, allow me to offer some gentle tips and suggestions to begin.
