Facilitator Training

A transformational deep dive into embodied leadership, intuitive facilitation, and trauma-informed group work.

Overview

Are you called to hold space for others — in a way that is embodied, intuitive, and trauma-aware?

This immersive three-day Facilitator Training is designed to help you deepen your presence, strengthen your leadership, and guide transformational group experiences with confidence, creativity, and care.

Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just beginning your journey, this training will support you to become a more grounded, attuned and powerful facilitator. You’ll explore the inner work required to lead from embodiment, as well as practical skills to guide group processes that foster connection, emotional safety, and healing.

This is not just professional development — it's a personal evolution.

Who is this training for?

This training is designed for practitioners, way-showers, space holders, and pioneers with a deep calling to build community and guide meaningful group experiences.

You may be a coach, healer, creative, therapist, teacher, or leader who:

•          Feels called to co-create spaces of belonging and connection

•          Currently facilitates or has a desire to facilitate body-based, somatic, or creative practices

•          Wants to guide others through healing, transformation, and deep witnessing

•          Is beginning your journey or already established in your field and ready to deepen

Whether you're holding circles, workshops, retreats, or community offerings, this training supports your personal embodiment and expands your capacity to hold powerful, trauma-informed, emotionally intelligent space.

What will you learn?

This immersive training is split across three days, with reflective pre-work and community-of-practice follow-up to support integration.

Day 1: You as Practitioner

The focus is on your inner alignment and embodied self-leadership — because the space you hold is only as grounded as you are.

You will learn to:

  • Do the inner work to lead by example

  • Feel your own emotions to increase your capacity to “be with” others — without bypassing or fixing

  • Develop compassionate, presence-based communication

  • Hold space through witnessing, listening, and honouring what arises

Day 2 & 3: Embodied Facilitation & Applied Skills

You’ll learn to apply core principles and tools to real group settings with clarity and confidence:

  • Guide embodiment and intuitive movement practices

  • Facilitate creative and reflective processes

  • Recognise how trauma shows up in the body

  • Apply regulation tools and techniques in the moment

  • Establish and maintain safety in group spaces

  • Confidently navigate trauma responses and emotional release

You’ll also explore:

  • Group dynamics and how to foster authentic connection

  • What it really means to “hold space” — and how to do it well

  • How to create and uphold sacred group agreements

  • Designing a transformational journey that flows with trust and intuition
