Season of going fallow

This season has been a lesson in going fallow.

Learning to sit with what I can and can’t control.

Learning the art of being, rather than doing.

Learning how to fuel emotions into aligned actions.

Learning the beauty of being held, by the mystery, by loved ones, by the land.

I’ve poured myself into my art, my writing.

I’ve allowed a deep practice to unfold, meeting grief in many shades.

I’ve been exploring more watercolour works this season.

Receiving medicine from the whale, the owl: guides through this time.

I’m inspired to share, to hold spaces for heart explorations, to alchemise our experiences together.

Still pondering what shape these offerings will look like, but if you are curious to take part, do let me know.

With love,

Cathy x
