I know the lived-experience as a worker in the Community Development/Social Work support field and I recognise the signs of burn-out and fatigue in the industry.
I believe that we as workers need to have our own dedicated time and commitment to self-care practices so that we can give from the overflow to our clients and community groups we work with.
I offer wellbeing support in two key ways:
*1:1 personalised sessions - this can be as personalised private sessions; supervision and/or an accountability buddy system
*Embodied Wellbeing workshops for groups - perhaps your staff team and/or attend a public workshop
