BODY WISDOM BOOK
In Primary School when I first announced that I wanted to become a writer, my Mum made me my very own writers hat!
Brown felt with a single black tassel flopped to the right side, admittedly more of a sentimental decorative item than wearable fashion piece. It was inspired by the headpiece my favourite character Jo March wore in the 1994 film Little Women as she stayed up late into the night at her desk penning tales of her sisters by lantern light.
Right at its very front Mum had sewn three round buttons, each with a simple but magical marking of a plant sprouting. “They symbolise all the stories and inspired ideas that will take shape and grow from your imagination onto the page”, Mum encouraged.
As I look at it now, front and centre of my altar atop my adult writers desk, I am filled with joy remembering my younger-self and absolute pride as I announce the launch of my first non-fiction book: BODY WISDOM.

ALCHEMICAL DOCUMENTARY - IMPACT PRODUCER
I am part of the creative team behind Documentary ‘Alchemical: Dance as Transformation’, currently in Post-Production.
SYNOPSIS: What are the challenges of a dance class that aims to reveal who we really are without judgement? Follow teacher Anne O’Keefe and her students, as they take a journey of self-revelation, and the boundaries between dance and life dissolve.
ALCHEMICAL explores Anne’s Alchemy classes, illuminating the transformative power of authentic expression within a loving community. Bear witness to remarkable students’ stories, as they navigate new ways of being - both in the studio and in their lives.
