To my Heart - my steadfast companion. Thank you for beating bravely through every season. For all that you’ve held, all you’ve healed, and all you continue to offer with such tenderness and truth.

The Heart ~ A powerful force. It encompasses so very much.

Heart as a place of strength. Heart as an unwavering sanctuary. Heart as pain, as grief, as ache, as sacrifice.Heart as compassion, as care, as consideration. Heart as love - in how we show up for ourselves, in friendship, in relationship, through our actions. Heart as hope, as faith. Heart as connection. Heart as learning to trust, again, and again and again. Heart as openness, as curiosity. Heart as a big warm welcome. Heart as acceptance. Heart as passion. Heart as remembering. Heart as Home.

In 2025 I led an eight-month creative container with 12 women. We journeyed intentionally into the realms of our heart and alchemised our lived experiences into art form. The result is a vibrant collection which features work spanning grief, joy, longing and belonging. Includes personal essays, short-story, poetry, ink works, photography, collage, drawings.

The creative works are interwoven with intentional journal pages offering gentle creative prompt invitations to reflect and connect to your own Heart Wisdom.
