On Saturday mornings 10am - 12pm monthly, you are invited to create sacred space for your grief and join a nourishing community online.

Together, we meet what is present, what is underneath, what yearns for contained compassionate holding to be safely felt.

We meet these parts of ourselves with tenderness.

Through a gentle flow of music, intuitive movement, journal prompts and creative invitations ~ we allow our grief space to be felt, explored, expressed.

*You are welcome to engage but also just as welcome to move through the processes in your own way, without needing to talk or share.
