Grief without resolve, that comes in waves. Grief that yearns to be felt, acknowledged, revered. It is here, in community, we can tend to ourselves, allow the landscapes to shift, the heaviness to become lighter, the sacred to be known. 

Held by Cathy Williams from Intuitive Self, you will be guided through a layered experience of creative somatic practices to meet what is present and what yearns for compassionate holding. 

Through a gentle flow of intention, intuitive movement, creative art invitations ~ we allow our grief space to be felt, explored, expressed.
