Join myself and Bree from Daylesford Medicine House for for an afternoon of connection, creativity and intuition.

Through gentle practices, we’ll take time to slow down, connect with ourselves and explore what’s calling for our attention.

The workshop brings together herbal tea ceremony, visual meditation, intuitive movement, creative expression, reflective writing and guided visualisation. There will also be space for shared reflection and connection.

You’ll create your own flower essence potion to take home, meet your intuition in a visual symbol and connect with unique body signals to understand how your intuition speaks to you.

Together we’ll share a nourishing soup to close.
