I recently connected with The Clarity Coach, Zeenat Noorani on her podcast: Let's Talk Clarity.
I am loving these conversations: connecting with fellow practitioners, diving into the creative & somatic modalities I utilise in my therapeutic practice and inspiring listeners to connect deeper with their body and intuition.
It is so affirming to share parts of my story - my lived experience of being disconnected myself from my body, and how this work has become such a pillar of my personal healing journey. I speak to this in my conversation with Zeenat and share insights to the many ways I use these modalities to support the people I get to work with.

In our conversation, I:
~ share how I was first introduced to this work
~ explain further what this work involves & the benefits of it
~ offer examples of how this work can be helpful for children and young people
We dive into the practical and I share simple entry points for how listeners can support their wellbeing through breath, body and creative self-discovery means.
This work is highly accessible. As I say in this conversation, “It is about fostering the individuals relationship with their body - increasing their body awareness. How their body uniquely speaks to them, their body signals. They have agency, they are leading the enquiry of connection with their body.”
I hope this conversation inspires practitioners and welcome further conversations :)
